A bit about us
We are a small team of senior managers who are passionate about helping small and medium size businesses achieve their goals.
Our key expertise is in understanding business owners’ vision and making it happen. We’ve worked across a wide range of businesses from food producers to art galleries and fashion designers but have particularly strong experience in professional services. The businesses we work with range from new start-ups to established organisations of 200 people and £20m turnover. Its not about how big you are but about helping you achieve your vision in a way that’s right for you.
Why not find out more about some of the recent work we have done.
We were founded in 2008, by Linda Williams, to deliver on demand senior management experience and skills to small and medium size organisations.
We are based in London and Suffolk but work with clients across the UK.
Linda Williams, Founder
Linda has over 20 years experience in businesses starting out in finance and then moving onto a number of senior management roles. After university Linda qualified as a Chartered Accountant and later went on to gain an MBA. She has worked with both small and larger organisations from a variety of sectors, including the wine producers and importers E&J Gallo, a school, a fashion designer, several professional services firms and a media company. After three years running a well-respected London law firm Linda decided to put her management skills to use helping smaller businesses develop and grow and enabling people to achieve their full potential.
She recently completed an MA in Cultural & Media studies with her thesis looking at the food community and social media.
Linda excels at tying the big picture to the detail, communicating vision across all areas of businesses and making things happen.
Linda founded bright blue skies in 2008 to help small and medium sized businesses deliver their vision.
When she’s not helping businesses run themselves more effectively Linda can most often be found in the kitchen indulging her love of cooking or writing about food on her blog with knife and fork.
