We always make sure it’s on a basis that makes sense for you and your business. It might be for a one off review, developing a detailed business plan, maybe helping to create efficiencies, coordinating a project or working beside you regularly to make sure things stay on track.
We usually work with clients in one of three ways:
- we work as your own general manager, project by project, week by week
- we show you and your staff how to get the right things done and how to do them better
- we find a happy mix for you of the above two options
