Structures to achieve growth
A detailed review of the management structure of a regional law firm to design the roles required to achieve their 3 year growth plans and ensure they are responding effectively to the challenges of the Legal Services Act. Â Supporting the Managing Partner through the transition.
Ensuring compliance
Advising on the implementation of the FMSiS requirements at one of London’s highest Ofsted rated primary schools allowing the senior management team to maintain its focus on delivering an excellent curriculum and feel confident that they would achieve FMSiS compliance.
Helping with numbers
Training the directors of a start up art gallery to enable them to be self reliant in their day to day book keeping and have a good grasp of the VAT issues relating to the sale of new art works.
