Recent Projects

Here’s how we’ve worked with some clients recently

To give you an idea of how we might work with you take a brief look at some of our recent work.

Remember we tailor what we do you to your needs.

On demand GM…

We’ve been working with Bedford Street Gallery since they started up in 2008 as their ‘on-demand’ General Manager. We’ve helped them with a wide range of projects from website and social media strategy, training and implementation to training the directors to be self reliant in their day to day book keeping; explaining the intricacies of VAT relating to the sale of new art works and developing the strategy for their ARTBeat project. Month on month we help them keep their projects on track

Website and social media strategy…

We’ve been working with Peter’s Yard redeveloping their website and designing a 12 month social media strategy. We’ll also be helping them manage the web and social media content over the next year.

Coordinating a local food initiative…

We’re project managing The Norfolk Diet food initiative to help them develop an effective campaign to get people to eat local seasonal food, support farmer’s markets and share cookery expertise across the community. We’re their on-demand general manager helping them with strategy, setting up and social media.

Helping with numbers and business planning…

We work with Fire & Knives magazine as their FD helping them to be self reliant in their day-to-day book keeping and giving them a good understanding of the VAT issues relating to publishing. We develop financial reports and projections to help them understand where the business is going and work towards their growth plans.

Bespoke food blog…

We work with Murat + Associates Design writing a bespoke blog about seasonal food. The blog forms part of their bi-monthly newsletter about garden and interior design and ties in with their focus on potagers as an integral part of good garden design.

Local Food Festival…

Helping the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival 2009 engage with the wider community, encouraging farms and food producers to meet their customers at open days, workshops and tastings.

Structures to achieve growth…

A detailed review of the management structure of a regional law firm to design the roles required to achieve their 3 year growth plans and ensure they are responding effectively to the challenges of the Legal Services Act.  Supporting the Managing Partner through the transition.

Ensuring compliance…

Advising on the implementation of the FMSiS requirements at one of London’s highest Ofsted rated primary schools allowing the senior management team to maintain its focus on delivering an excellent curriculum and feel confident that they would achieve FMSiS compliance.

Designing a new business opportunity…

Working with a business coaching organisation to design a different way of delivering their services to a wider section of the market. The brief required that the route to market fitted with, but added to, their existing offerings and would attract new clients.
